Sessions are conducted via video conferencing (Teams or similar). You’ll receive materials relevant to your selected modules and work through a shared progress tracker.

Expect at least one hour of daily work, sometimes more depending on your situation. This isn’t theoretical
coursework—you’ll be implementing growth strategies in your live business in real time. Examples include: restructuring pricing models, building client acquisition systems, optimising operational processes, developing authority content, implementing financial structures, or creating scalable service delivery frameworks. You’re guided throughout with regular progress checks, which is why the daily 15-minute format works well.

You can book follow-up calls anytime. Email and message support remains available for questions, though the programme is designed to give you everything needed to operate independently.
