Earthas Consulting Ltd (trading as Ibi Malik | Digital Nomad Consulting) provides strategic business consulting services through two programmes:

Nomad Launch - 12-week programme for professionals transitioning to location-independent work
Nomad Scale - 12-week programme for established digital nomads scaling their income

Services include:

• Initial 45-minute discovery consultation
• Customised 12-week strategic plan with 5 tailored modules
• Weekly 1:1 sessions (format determined during discovery consultation)
• Access to programme materials and resources relevant to selected modules
• Email and message support throughout the programme duration
• Shared progress tracking system

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is due before programme commencement
• Payment plans are available: fees may be split into three monthly instalments
• For payment plans, each monthly payment must be received at least 30 days before that month's sessions begin
• Failure to make scheduled payments may result in programme suspension until payment is received

Payment Methods:

• Payments are processed through Kajabi's secure payment system
• Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards, bank transfer (if arranged)

All fees are non-refundable once the programme begins.

Booking Sessions:

• Initial session dates established during discovery consultation
• Ongoing sessions scheduled week-by-week or in advance, as agreed

Rescheduling:

• Requests must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled session
• Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice count as completed (no make-up session provided)
• Maximum 2 reschedules permitted during 12-week programme
• Sessions must be rescheduled within the same week when possible

Missed Sessions:

• No-shows without prior notice count as completed sessions
• No refunds or make-up sessions for missed appointments

Pause Requests:

• Programme may be paused for up to 2 weeks once during the 12-week period for documented emergencies (serious illness, family emergency, force majeure)
• Pause requests require 48 hours notice and written approval
• Programme timeline extends by pause duration
• Non-emergency pauses are not permitted

Programme Extensions:

• 12-week timeline is fixed unless paused under emergency provisions
• Extensions beyond 12 weeks are not automatically granted
• Post-programme follow-up sessions may be available for separate booking and fees

Nomad Launch:

• Clear roadmap to location independence
• Implementation of foundational systems for nomadic work
• Target: €3,500+/month post-tax, post-expenses take-home income
• Achievement of location independence (timing depends on individual circumstances including job search, business launch, visa processing)

Nomad Scale:

• Strategic plan to scale location-independent income
• Optimised revenue, client acquisition, and operational systems
• Target: €7,000+/month post-tax, post-expenses take-home income
• Foundation for six-figure annual income (timing depends on implementation and market factors)

No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific income levels or timelines. Outcomes depend on your implementation, market conditions, individual circumstances, and factors outside our control (visa processing, client acquisition timelines, business launch speed).

If targets aren't achieved within 12 weeks, you'll have the complete roadmap and systems to continue independently.

Our Commitment:

• All information shared during sessions remains confidential
• We will not disclose your business details, financial information, or personal circumstances to third parties without your consent
• Exception: anonymised case studies or general examples (with identifying details removed) may be used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out

Your Commitment:

• Programme materials, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies are confidential and for your personal use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise programme content without written permission

Programme Materials:

• All frameworks, templates, worksheets, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Earthas Consulting Ltd
• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own business purposes
• You may not resell, redistribute, or teach programme content to others

Your Work:

• You retain all rights to your business plans, strategies, and materials created during the programme
• We may request permission to use your success story as a case study (you may decline)

All payments are non-refundable once the programme begins.

"Programme begins" is defined as the date of your first scheduled session.

Before Programme Start:

• Full refund available if you cancel before your first scheduled session
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

After Programme Start:

• No refunds for any reason, including:
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend sessions
  • Dissatisfaction with programme
  • Personal circumstances
  • Failure to achieve expected outcomes

• Earthas Consulting Ltd's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the programme
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or opportunity costs
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your implementation decisions, market conditions, or third-party actions (employers, clients, government agencies)

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if:

• You fail to make scheduled payments
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or unprofessional conduct
• You violate confidentiality or intellectual property terms
• You repeatedly miss sessions without notice
• You fail to actively participate or complete assigned work

Termination results in:

• Immediate cessation of all services
• No refund of fees paid
• Loss of access to programme materials

What's Included:

• You may email questions to [email protected] after programme completion
• We'll respond to brief queries as time permits

What's Not Included:

• Ongoing 1:1 sessions (available for separate booking and fees)
• Extended strategic consulting beyond email support
• Guaranteed response times

Follow-Up Sessions:

• Available for booking on a case-by-case basis
• Pricing and availability discussed near programme end or upon request

Complaint Process: If you're dissatisfied with any aspect of the programme:

1. Raise concerns directly with Ibi Malik during a session or via email
2. We'll work to resolve issues promptly and professionally
3. If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]

Resolution: We aim to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve within 14 business days.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with your programme proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and Earthas Consulting Ltd.

Amendments: We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on ibimalik.com. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Assignment: We may assign this agreement to third parties. You may not assign without our written consent.
